Wow! I was so impressed with all the food I got served. Definitely made the right decision coming here and choosing the items on the menu! Food came out relatively quick and so fresh and tasty. Very affordable for what you get It was so so so good! The drink I ordered was super delicious too. The seating was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space to move around. All the staff were nice too. Will need to return for a reminder of how good this place is!

For starters the person who was at the entrance was not very nice, my husband asked if we could sit in the booths ( restaurant was empty) she said “ NOoo, TABLE is NOT SET up, just sit there” then we had to get up to order and the salad came with the lettuce not fresh at all , had dark spots like it has been out for long time. My husband asked if the tofu balls are made fresh on the spot, the lady didn’t even looked at him and while walking off she said yes they are fresh. The lady was wearing mini denim skirt, shirt off the shoulders, not very presentable for customer service. In the kitchen you can hear the people talking and laughing while cooking. The same lady was after cleaning some tables and instead of putting the menus back gently she just threw them on bench from at least a metre of distance. Other ppl came to ask for a table and this lady from across the downing room said to Them just wait there because I need to clean this table and set up for you, after cleaning the table she just pointed to the table and call them to come and sit, instead of walking towards them and taking them to their table. Customer service is bad, food is okay but not fresh… didn’t enjoy to be honest.

Great food! Fresh!! We especially enjoyed the scallops and sashimi deluxe. Chicken skewers were juicy and yummy. The octopus was alright, not great but not bad. Tataki was scrumptious. Great choice of sake selections. There is even a sparkling sake on the menu. We loved how they presented the sake in a bowl of shaved ice. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience here. We prefer the waiter over the waitress, because she keeps forgetting our orders and didn't bring us the pork belly.

Fantastic venue for wheelchair accessibility. -Front door is quite heavy but mall entrance is more manageable. -No steps throughout and polished concrete flooring. -Well sized in-restaurant accessible toilet with left handed grab rail, no change table. -Accessible parking spaces right infront of venue. -Mixture of booth and table seating. Food is lovely and fresh with a substantial vegan range.
